PRESS RELEASE: UPDATED DATES FOR THE 2025 NUGA GAMES
The Nigerian University Games Association (NUGA) has officially announced new dates for the highly anticipated 2025 NUGA Games. Initially scheduled to hold from April 26th to May 10th, 2025, the Games will now take place from November 5th to 16th, 2025, at the University of Jos.
This decision was finalized during the first NUGA Council meeting of the year, held from January 29th to 31st, 2025, at the University of Jos.
The adjustment reflects NUGA's commitment to ensuring a well-organized and competitive event that aligns with university calendars, athlete preparation, and overall logistics.
The upcoming NUGA Games 2025 promises to showcase the best of university sports, fostering athletic excellence, unity, and sportsmanship across Nigerian higher institutions.
