A student athlete of the University of Port Harcourt UNIPORT, Enku has steadily built a reputation as one of Nigerias outstanding judokas. Competing in the womens -63 kg category, she has consistently demonstrated the determination and commitment required to excel in one of the world's most demanding combat sports.
Her journey with university sport reached another memorable milestone in 2023, when she represented both Nigeria and the University of Port Harcourt at the 31st FISU World University Games in Chengdu, China. Beyond competing on the tatami, Enku was entrusted with one of the delegations highest honours. Competing at the Glasgow 2026 Commonwealth Games, Enku won the Bronze Medal in the Womens -63 kg Judo event, adding another international accolade to her growing career. The achievement also marked an important milestone for Nigerian judo, ending a long wait for a Commonwealth Games judo medal and further showcasing the quality of athletes emerging through Nigeria's sporting system.
